Eva Belák Heberová je členka dozornej rady Shell Czech Republic a.s. a riaditeľka divízie Shell Fleet Solutions pre Českú Republiku a Slovensko. Vyštudovala Elektrotechnickú fakultu STU v Bratislave a svoje vzdelanie doplnila o Marketing na Stanfordskej univerzite. Dlhé roky strávila na pozíciach v rámci riadenia operatívy a marketingu, či už v B2C alebo B2B segmentu. Eva je v súčasnosti so svojím teamom zodpovedná za obchodné aktivity v rámci B2B fleetového segmentu s dôrazom na doručenie stratégie dekarbonizácie odvetvia.

Aktuálne vedie tím Business Development e-mobility v skupine ZSE, ktorá poskytuje inovatívne a komplexné riešenia e-mobility v oblasti verejného nabíjania, ako aj privátnych a firemných riešení.

Pôsobí v oblasti leasingu a finančných služieb už 18 rokov. Z pozície generálneho riaditeľa ČSOB Leasing, dlhoročnej jednotky na slovenskom lízingovom trhu a predsedu Asociácie lízingových spoločností Slovenskej republiky sa aktívne zapája do problematiky lepšej dostupnosti elektromobility a jej podpore. Sám je fanúšikom elektromobilov a teší sa každej novinke, ktoré príde na trh.

V automotive pôsobí od roku 2008, od roku 2010 ako produktový špecialista/manažér. Okrem skúseností z 2 importérstiev automobiliek má aj 5-ročnú skúsenosť ako Product and pricing manažér v európskej veľkoobchodnej spoločnosti zaoberajúcej sa predajom pneumatík a diskov kolies. Pre spoločnosť Hyundai Motor Slovensko pracuje od roku 2018, kde zastáva pozíciu šéfa produktu a CRM developmentu.

Juraj Majera, bývalý inžinier spoločnosti Porsche a vášnivý bežec, stojí v čele inovatívneho startupu v oblasti dekarbonizácie verejnej autobusovej dopravy. Jeho poslaním je dosiahnuť nielen ekologicky ale aj ekonomicky udržateľnú verejnú dopravu. Juraj je absolventom Slovenskej Technickej Univerzity, študoval taktiež na Technickej Univerzite Graz a aktuálne je Ph.D. kandidátom na Dopravnej Fakulte ČVUT v Prahe.

Spoluzakladal spoločnosť GreenWay Infrastructures, ktorá je operátorom najväčšej nabíjacej siete pre elektromobily v strednej a východnej Európe. GreenWay poskytuje verejné nabíjacie služby aj Enterprise riešenia pre EV fleety na Slovensku a v Poľsku.

Je tiež jedným zo zakladajúcich členov Slovenskej asociácie pre elektromobilitu (SEVA), a stál aj pri zrode projektu Expand-E, v rámci ktorého sa budujú rýchlonabíjacie stanice pre osobnú, ale najmä nákladnú dopravu v transeurópskych koridoroch (TEN-T).

Je absolventom Vysokého učenia technického vo Zvolene, v logistike a prepravnom priemysle má viac ako 20 ročné skúsenosti. Od roku 2003 je súčasťou tímu spoločnosti DB Schenker Slovensko, kde sa postupne vypracoval z pozície obchodného zástupcu, cez vedúceho riadenia a realizácie tendrov, až na súčasnú funkciu Head of Land Transport Česká a Slovenská republika s tímom viac ako 550 osôb.

Svoju kariéru začal v roku 1999 v spoločnosti Volkswagen Slovakia a.s. Od roku 2002 pôsobil v skupine Erste Bank na riadiacich pozíciách. Od roku 2013 pôsobí v spoločnosti LeasePlan Slovakia s.r.o., najskôr na pozícii finančného riaditeľa, neskôr ako riaditeľ pre oblasti financií, IT a transformácie. Od roku 2019 bol menovaný do funkcie generálneho riaditeľa. Je členom predstavenstva Asociácie leasingových spoločností SR.

Pôsobil na technických, produktových a manažérskych pozíciách v telekomunikačnom sektore. Od roku 2017 prispieva k rozvoju elektromobility na Slovensku pod značkou ZSE Drive. Aktuálne vedie produktový tím e-mobility v skupine ZSE, ktorá poskytuje inovatívne a komplexné riešenia e-mobility v oblasti verejného nabíjania, ako aj privátnych a firemných riešení.

Pôsobí na odbore strategických investícií a nadnárodných programov, ktorý zodpovedná primárne za nastavenie Fondu na spravodlivú transformáciu na Slovensku a za časť jeho implementácie. Ide o nový fond EÚ, ktorého cieľom je finančne podporovať zelenú transformáciu uhoľných regiónov a regiónov s vysokým zastúpením uhlíkovo-intenzívnych odvetví a zároveň zmierňovať jej negatívne socio-ekonomické vplyvy. V rámci fondu odbor pripravuje sériu grantových schém zameraných na podporu čistej energie a mobility, rozvoja zručností v súlade s potrebami trhu práce, alebo ekonomickej diverzifikácie. Jedna z pripravených a už vyhlásených výziev je zameraná na podporu verejnej osobnej dopravy s nulovými emisiami.

V poisťovníctve pracuje od roku 1992 a prešla viacerými pozíciami v rámci spoločnosti Allianz – Slovenská poisťovňa, a.s. V pozícii riaditeľky odboru maklérskeho a firemného obchodu už niekoľko rokov zastrešuje aj spoluprácu s importérmi motorových vozidiel, predajcami vozidiel a leasingovými spoločnosťami.

Od roku 2020 spolu so svojim tímom buduje najväčšiu nabíjaciu sieť na Slovensku ZSE Drive. Okrem expanzie verejnej nabíjacej siete zodpovedá aj za B2B predajný kanál a nové rozvojové aktivity v rámci e-mobility.
